CASA BELLA

Casa Bella was one of our first large targeted asbestos abatement projects.

When lab testing revealed the presence of asbestos fibers in the building rendering, we worked in conjunction with a company specializing in asbestos abatement to develop a safe work plan and ensure worker and public safety. This involved frequent air monitoring and the implementation of Safe Work Procedures.

After the safe removal and disposal of the asbestos-containing rendering, concrete repairs were done under engineer supervision, and new rendering applied. New caulking sealants, architectural coating and vent hoods were put in place to prevent water ingress, and finally new glass railings were installed.
