Alumni Restorations Ltd. has been in business since 1979. Most of the work we do is for property managers, building owners, and engineering firms. Our expertise and professionalism means that we have many repeat customers, and very often do a lot of work for the same property managers and engineers. In some cases, these business relationship last so long that we do over 20 buildings for a single firm. The majority of our jobs are done under engineer supervision.
Beau Henderson has been a North Shore resident his entire life, and contracting is in his blood. His grandfather was the owner of the George C. Henderson Paint Company at 10th and Main, where the Dulux store is currently located. Beau has been married since 1998, and has a teenage daughter.
Maurice Hulscher has been a resident of the North Shore for 37 years, and has been involved in restoration and painting since 1978. Maurice has been married since 1984, with three adult children. Two of his children are involved in the company.Why Choose Alumni Restoration?
We have five million dollars liability insurance, maintenance and performance bonding, and are fully covered by Workers Compensation Board. We are members of the Better Business Bureau, the B.C. Building Envelope Council and the International Concrete Repair Institute, and have a proven track record for both reliability and quality.We only use our own employees, except in specialty trade cases such as tiling and carpentry, where we would act as the general contractor.
